Excellent property with well maintained and spacious rooms. Their entire staff including the resort Manager, restaurant team and house keeping team is extremely cooperative and helpful. Food was delicious and hygienic. Their location too is right near the Sam dunes making easy access to dunes. Overall, had an amazing experience... Highly recommended.

I had booked this stay for my parents' anniversary. The host, Mr Ashgar, was very understanding, patient and accommodating. My parents were touched by the hospitality of the hotel staff, and absolutely loved the cleanliness, aesthetics, decor and location of the hotel. They also arranged a complimentary anniversary cake for my parents, and made it a memorable experience. They also organize a lot of fun cultural activities. Would 100/100 recommend couples, families and friends to stay here. Thanks to the staff for taking care of my parents!

Good Location with excellent Service. We stayed in tents. It was close by & very clean. Food was also good. Night show was amazing. They also packed some food for us as they came to know we were travelling. Will recommand. ILam Bheti was very nice, always looking to provide best experience.

I think probably this is the best property in sam sanddune.I stayed there on 2nd November 2023. I booked 2 desertview rooms with a reasonable price and after checking all the rooms amenities. After check-in, I don't need to buy mineral water, they have supplied whenever I needed.The evening cultural programs was amazing. Lastly the buffet dinner and breakfast was lovely with variety of food items and the food quality was very very good. They really made the particular evening and night a memorable one, in my entire Rajasthan tour. Thank you very much Iqbal ji. 😊

It was a great experience with Dr.Ashkar at desert valley resort beginning from booking to end till leaving the resort. very cooperative and helpful staff specially 'Mohabbat bhai' always available to help n provide what ever is needed promptly, Provided us really good service. Carmel Safari and Jeep Safari was a very good experience arranged by them. Also Mr. Prakash explained the touring route to us very well which was very helpful to us.. Highly Recommended for the best experience of your visit to jaisalmer with good amenities and good food..

People in jaisamer are really having very good hospitality at heart and caring at every step.. my mother needed wheelchairs and I never had to ask then to provide one.. Manager Mr khan was almost there at the counter all 24 hours.. rooms …

I recently stayed at this motel, and I can confidently say it was an excellent experience. Camel safari and jeep safari, rajathani folk music and dance with culture program all best quality The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. Overall, it provided outstanding value for the price. I highly recommend this motel for a pleasant and hassle-free stay

While staying at the resort, I encountered some trouble with local jeep safari troublemakers. The owner stepped in personally, ensuring my protection from their vandalism and antics. What's even more impressive is that the owner not only prioritized my safety but also provided an exceptional jeep safari experience. The safari was not only thrilling but also conducted with utmost safety measures in place. The owner's dedication to providing a secure and exciting adventure was truly remarkable. Moreover, the rates for the jeep safari were very reasonable, which was an added bonus. It's clear that the owner genuinely cares about the guests' experience and safety, and that level of commitment sets Desert Valley Resort apart.
